Warm Mineral Springs Park

  • From $15
  • 85°F
  • 1 hr 38 min from Tampa
  • Walk-in OK

A city-run park in North Port built around a natural spring that the city says averages 85°F year-round and bills as Florida's only natural warm spring. The historic building complex has been closed since hurricane damage, so visitors use a temporary admissions building and a restroom trailer while a $16.7 million rehabilitation that began in July 2026 proceeds. Admission is sold per day, with lower rates for North Port and Sarasota County residents.

Historic buildings closed (storm damage); rehab began July 2026 and parts of the park are a construction zone. Spring access unchanged.
