Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa
A Columbia River Gorge resort in North Bonneville with an indoor mineral-fed pool and hot tub, an outdoor hot tub, cold plunges and a sauna. Non-guests can buy one- or two-hour passes online or at the door, and the spa offers mineral baths in a shared bathhouse with private partitions. Some guest rooms have private hot tubs filled with untreated spring water.

Carson Hot Springs Resort
A long-running mineral springs resort on the Wind River at Carson, where the historic bathhouse offers soaks in clawfoot tubs of unchlorinated mineral water followed by a wrap. A chlorinated 104°F therapy pool with a small cold plunge is sold as a two-hour day pass, and all soaking areas are for adults 18 and older. The property also has hotel rooms, an 18-hole golf course and a clubhouse restaurant.
TenZen Springs & Cabins
Six minimalist cabins on a 100-acre property in Home Valley outside Stevenson, each with a private two-person infinity tub fed by geothermal water drawn from 3,000 feet below the Wind River. The water flows continuously through each tub and its temperature can be adjusted. It's for overnight guests only, and state tourism describes it as adults-only.

Bagby Hot Springs
Rustic bathhouses with hand-filled cedar log tubs in the Mt. Hood National Forest, reached by a 1.4-mile trail through old growth along the Hot Springs Fork of the Collawash River. Bagby Preservation runs the site under a Forest Service permit and charges $5 per person. Tubs are first come, first served, and weekend waits can be long.

Breitenbush Hot Springs
An off-grid retreat center in the Willamette National Forest east of Detroit, with meadow pools, spiral tubs and a sauna fed by hot springs. Day passes run 9am to 6pm and often sell out weeks ahead; overnight guests get meals and 24-hour soaking. The property is substance-free, fragrance-free and has no cell service.

Kah-Nee-Ta Hot Springs Resort
A tribally owned resort on the Warm Springs Reservation that reopened in 2024 after a $13 million renovation. Mineral pools run about 92-104F, with kids' pools, a lazy river and a 37F cold plunge, plus hotel rooms, a teepee village and RV sites. Pools are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays through March 2027.
Bigelow (Deer Creek) Hot Springs
A single warm pool beside the McKenzie River just off Hwy 126 near Belknap, partly sheltered by a rock overhang. It is free, and it disappears under the river when flows are high, so late summer is the most reliable time. There are no facilities.

Belknap Hot Springs Lodge & Gardens
A lodge on the McKenzie River with two hot spring soaking pools, gardens, cabins and tent and RV sites. Walk-in visitors pay $12 for one hour in the lower pool; the upper pool is reserved for overnight guests. Children under 5 are not allowed in the pool area.
Terwilliger (Cougar) Hot Springs
Four rock-lined pools step down a forested ravine off the Aufderheide Scenic Byway south of Blue River, from about 112F at the top to 85F at the bottom. The Forest Service charges $12 per person for two hours, and the site is day use only. Alcohol and pets are prohibited, and clothing is optional.
Wall Creek Warm Springs (Meditation Pool)
A single warm pool beside Wall Creek, reached by the level Warm Springs Trail #3582 through old-growth forest north of Oakridge. The Forest Service lists the pool at about 95°F, roughly 10 by 12 feet and 3 feet deep with a silty bottom. The trailhead is currently closed under the Cedar Creek Fire closure order.
